Billing

Payments Methods - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards. Also, we accept PayPal payments and will soo be offering Sezzle.

Checkout Problems - Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address differs, you order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If not, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.

Shipping & Tracking

Order Status - Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

  In-stock items: will ship within 1-3 business days. we ship 2-3 times per week.

Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us.  

Returns

We want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix it for you. 

Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
  • Items are received within 30 days from the original purchase date

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it please.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

No Returns on PreOrder or Sale Items! NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Pre-Order Policy

Occasionally we offer pre-orders on certain collections. Pre-order closing dates will be listed and items will ship within 2 weeks or as soon as available. Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.

Please kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
